The road winds along and around Loch Eribol and no end’s in sight.

We are heading for Durness.

Just the minute the sun shows up, we reach Durness.

The beach looks inviting. Few people are under way.

A fresh wind comes in from the mighty Atlantic.

By the way, this is Sango-Bay.

You see the strong breakers?.

It’s hard to believe, but farther north there are even more fantastic beaches.

These stairs lead to Smoo Cave and the stalactite caves.

Nowhere in the world phone boxes are mounted in as beautiful sceneries as in Scotland.

A cute haggis we found in the tourist information.

We take three of them as the package slip informs us that they do not like to be alone.

And now we go on search for puffins.
